These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and 44duit governing your use of our platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between 44duit (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "you") who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the 44duit platform available at 44duit.cam.
By accessing, registering on, or using the 44duit platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and refrain from registering an account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 44duit Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
21+ Age Policy: 44duit enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Players. Any Account found to be held by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation. We conduct random age verification checks and require documentary proof during KYC.
By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. 44duit reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each Player may hold only one (1) account on the 44duit Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must contact 44duit support immediately via live chat.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point we deem necessary for compliance purposes, we will require you to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), driving licence, or passport as proof of identity, and a recent utility bill (within 3 months) as proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.
You must ensure all information provided to 44duit is accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change, you must update your Account information promptly by contacting our support team. Providing false or misleading information at any point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without notice.
44duit supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank, as well as Visa/Mastercard and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. All deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits via e-wallets and FPX are typically processed instantly. 44duit does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and any applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied. 44duit targets processing times of within 1–3 business hours for approved DuitNow and FPX withdrawals; bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
All Account balances, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Any deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 44duit is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment processors.
By depositing funds into your 44duit Account, you warrant that the funds are legally obtained and belong to you. 44duit reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of our anti-money laundering procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account restriction or termination.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 44duit are subject to specific terms which will be disclosed at the time of offer. Where not expressly stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on the 44duit Platform.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must first be converted into real money by fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal request can be processed against bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly displayed on each offer page. Players are encouraged to review these before claiming any bonus.
Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who create multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once will have all associated accounts terminated and all balances forfeited.
Certain bonuses may be restricted by Player tier, geographic location, payment method, or game type. 44duit reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Players or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
Note on Cryptocurrency Bonuses: The 2% Crypto Deposit bonus applies exclusively to deposits made via BTC or USDT. Standard welcome bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously with cryptocurrency deposit bonuses unless expressly permitted in the specific promotional terms.
44duit reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of normal gameplay.
All bets placed on the 44duit sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable event rules in their entirety. 44duit's sports betting markets cover Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC events, and various other sporting competitions.
A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a unique reference number is generated. 44duit reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects system errors, data feed failures, or irregular betting activity.
All casino games available on the 44duit Platform — including live dealer baccarat, dragon-tiger, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data corruption that affects the recording or settlement of a bet or game, 44duit reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. No liability shall attach to 44duit for losses arising from technical malfunctions where prompt remedial action has been taken.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game type, and Player VIP tier. 44duit reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice, including imposing account-level stake restrictions on accounts identified as engaging in unusual betting patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44duit Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Zero Tolerance Policy: 44duit maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, identity misrepresentation, and money laundering. Accounts identified as engaging in such conduct will be permanently terminated without appeal and relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies.
All content on the 44duit Platform — including but not limited to the 44duit brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 44duit or its respective third-party licensors. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44duit, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
44duit does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance, server downtime, and third-party service failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. 44duit shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
44duit is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a coping mechanism. All Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to play within their financial means at all times.

You may request closure of your 44duit Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure within a reasonable period, provided that all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied and no active investigations are underway. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
44duit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a Player has violated these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe; or it is required to do so for regulatory, legal, or compliance reasons.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Bonus balances and unconverted promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money balances subject to no ongoing investigation or forfeiture action will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal process.
44duit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Where amendments are material and may significantly affect your rights, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. However, such notice is provided as a courtesy only and does not alter the binding nature of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under our international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
